Penny works for both defence and prosecution and is a grade 2 prosecutor. She also attends inquests, and deals with licensing applications and local authority prosecutions. She has particular expertise representing vulnerable clients, including young offenders and the mentally ill.

She is an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.

Penny’s interests include singing, theatre and art.
